Withdrawing and sending
Review the destination, route and costs before moving cash.
Withdraw to a wallet
Open Withdraw and choose a destination offered by the app. Enter the address and amount, then review the asset, network, minimum and costs before signing.
Only use a network the app lists. On-chain transfers cannot be reversed if you choose the wrong address or network.
Move between Tokens and Perps
Use Transfer to move cash between the two balances. The configured minimum is $5 into Perps and $2 out of Perps. A route may be unavailable or require additional costs; review the quote.
Direct Arbitrum funding and withdrawals have different limits. See Perps.
Send to a foom user
Where Send is available, select the recipient and review the amount, minimum and any setup or network cost. Check the recipient carefully before confirming.
Check pending transfers
Check transfer history before retrying a pending or uncertain transfer. An unknown result does not mean nothing was sent. If it remains unresolved, contact Support with the transaction details.
