Protect your wallet

Keep your sign-in account secure. Never share private keys, seed phrases, passwords or verification codes.

The web app provides wallet export in account settings. Anyone with an exported private key can control that wallet’s funds. Keep it private and secure.

Use the security methods offered in Settings, such as an authenticator or passkey. Read each transaction approval before signing.

Trades, withdrawals and sends wait for your approval. The one exception is automatic deposit moves: eligible deposits on other networks are moved into your own cash wallet without a tap, up to $1,000 per transfer, until you turn it off in Settings. See Adding money.

Irreversible transfers

Check the destination address, asset and network. Confirmed blockchain transfers cannot be reversed by foom.

Delete your account

Open account settings and choose Delete account. Read the balance checks and deletion notice before confirming. Account deletion does not erase public blockchain records. The Privacy Policy explains data handling and contact options.

Get help

Use Support for account or transaction problems. Share the public transaction hash and network when relevant, never your private key.
